One Heart Dance is a modality I have created that has grown from my Shakti Dance Circles and my own healing journey. It’s a movement to unity consciousness within and without. Through dance and working with Earth, plant allies, animal spirits, the elements, and light language I guide you onto a journey of stepping powerfully into your heart and reclaiming your soul essence.
Through dance we heal, we restore, we replenish. We let go, we release, we surrender. We become. We step into our truth. We become unconditional love. We step into our original innocence and humility. Into deeper acknowledgment and deeper acceptance that our body is sacred and holy.
Our body holds so much pain in our cellular memory and it needs to be witnessed and lovingly released. Somatic practices like dance help us release this density and create more space for a deeper embodiment of our beautiful sensual essence.
We don’t need more information we need someone to hold space for our unfolding. Stepping into the vulnerability of our hearts and finding safety here. Finding safety in our vulnerability. In our sensuality. In our hearts. In being a woman. Powerfully dropping into our hearts and the highest embodiment of our true essence.
