If you’ve been guided to these pages, it’s because there is a medicine here for you. Everything is always beautifully aligned and happens in divine timing. This is a healing space, where you can breathe and receive what your soul is looking for at this moment. A place where I share my musings, teachings, sacred offerings, art and love.
I’ve been on a conscious awakening journey for as long as I can remember, I’ve trained as a yoga teacher in 2005 and have had a spiritual practice ever since. But it’s the last few years that I have awakened in new profound ways. New multidimensional gifts have awakened within me, deep mystery and magic has taken place in my life. I now have the deepest trust that all is always happening for my best and highest good. And I live in surrender and in present moment.
I am Multidimensional Healer, Embodiment Guide, certified Medical Intuitive, Priestess, Artist, and Mother to a teen boy. As everyone’s soul journey mine has been truly profound and I’ve been taken to many places to again find my soul calling and connect to my true essence. From Ceramic Designer/Maker, Yoga Teacher, Marketing Manager for a yoga brand, Plant based Food Blogger to Multidimensional Artist, Medical Intuitive and Dancer to using my shamanic and soul gifts. Bit by bit freeing myself from all self-imposed restrictions, limitations so I can flow in all of me. Finding my own safety, my body’s safety, this Earth’s safety. Listening to the voice of my body. Becoming fluid. Finding myself back in deep communion with my body and this Earth. Allowing the flow of prana throughout my body into a full embodiment breath by breath. Wild. Free. Releasing myself from my own chains. Healing, restoring, recalibrating back to wholeness, radiance and vitality. From the depths of my core out arriving fully present embodying all of myself and arriving at the sweetest surrender of my divine feminine essence. In deepest love and acceptance. Dropping deep into my cellular memory remembering truth. Remembering love. Becoming the embodiment of divine feminine expression of God Source on Earth.
All my teachings and offerings come through my direct experience and embodiment of these gifts and wisdom and inner divine union and divine feminine teachings.
